To obtain and bring new varieties on the market and give good advice in the possibillities and way of cultivation of new varieties, we and five other Dutch propagators formed a new company called Fragaria Holland BV. In Fragaria Holland, Mr. Philip Lieten (former researcher at the Research station in Meerle (Hoogstraten), Belgium) is responsible for Research and Development. In this function he organises and follows variety-tests all over Europe. The results of these tests are used to create pratical advice on the cultivation of the new varieties.
