Delivery and transport

The harvesting of the plants you ordered takes place only a couple of days before you’re delivery planning, hereafter the plants will be send on cooled transport, and delivered on the date agreed by both De Kemp BV and you as a customer.

Therefore we kindly ask you to contact us at least 5 working days before the delivery date. This is the amount of time we need to harvest and sort the plants as well as arranging the transport of the plants, so the plants arrive at the agreed place on the right date.

If it is impossible for you to plant the asparagus plants at the planned date because of too much rain or any other reason it is possible to postpone the delivery for a couple of days. In that case, the plants will be kept in our cooling rooms, so the plants will stay fresh and vital until delivery.
